Order

You can order using the web shop, or by emailing to info@bioglow.eu. We ship to all countries of the European Union. Email us for more information about business orders or if you are interested in larger volumes. All listed prices are in euros and include VAT (sales tax).

Shipping costs

The algae cannot survive in the dark for too long, so we use priority services for international shipping. Your order will be shipped using the company PostNL or UPS, depending on the estimated delivery time. You will receive a Track & Trace code to follow your package. In the Netherlands you can choose for delivery to a PostNL Service Point, allowing you to pick up the package at a time convenient for you. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and are indicated in your cart, based on the address you provide.

Payment

You can choose from several secure payment methods: directly via your bank (iDeal, Bancontact of Sofort) or credit card (MasterCard of VISA). You can also do a bank/wire transfer into our Dutch bank account (IBAN). Your order will be shipped once the money has arrived into the bank account. There are no payment costs.

Shipping

The algae are living organisms and shipping can be pretty stressful to them. For this reason your order will generally be shipped at the beginning of the week, so they won't have to spend the weekend at the post office. The algae don't cope well with high or low temperatures, so if the weather is too hot or cold it may be necessary to delay your shipment for a few days. Of course we will keep you updated on this. If your shipment is time sensitive, then please contact us at info@bioglow.eu.

Guarantees

We guarantee that the algae will reach you alive and well. Occasionally it happens that they die during shipment, for example if it has been too warm or cold. If you think that the algae arrived dead, then contact us within 7 days after you received the shipment. After confirmation we will send you a new batch for free, or we will make it right some other way.

Please note that since the algae are living organisms, you cannot send the algae back for a refund if you change your mind after your purchase.
